so how does one define it ....it has got its origins on how we behave and our personality is ...why suddenly does this question prop inmy mind , is just a reflection on my on personality which in a few words can be described as " easy going , warm friendly person" however some times it gives people an impression that " taken for granted person" , well that is not the case and i feel that i take a look at my behaviour and persona .
another aspect is the values which we stand for should get reflected in our persona ...rite now it is not the case ... i firmly believe in an individual benefit is 2nd only to society benefit and sustainable living is the only way to go ... i am honest in my work and dealings ...

Diurnal variations

the recent aus india series has made me accumulate many tV hours , unfortunately the ads are the same as there are some title sponsors like havell, mentos, philips ,apache . however in cases like matches the possibility of switching channels is less bcoz of interest inmatch and the shortbreaks . These breaks are quite entertaing esp this time like mentos continues its brilliance with a preshiostoric ad which stands out and also the pack change making blue more prominent .
then there was a very emotional ad for havell cables where a kid twists the cable to make a chimti for his mother to pick chapattis easily ..... on the contrary the radio one was very irritating when srk starts speaking in the over itself and repeated over and over makes u tear ur head .....bottom line if ad is good people may want to see it jus like reading a joke again and agian

independence.....how much

after living about 8 and .5 yrs outside home in hostel , PG etc one gets used to a particular life style which has to be described in one word is " BINDASS"
under is bindass bazi will be watching late night movies , ordering pizza on impulse , lying around in bed for eternity , delaying bath on holidays , spending more time out of home in coffee shops , book shops , malls ....

having said all this i will not call it irresponsible attitude , but more of instinctive life style

coming back to home is quite a sobering experience it can be best summarised by song " hum tum song where rani complains about boy's attitude "

wear sweater while going out ( i am in delhi and it is dec)
time pe so jayo..
and absolute trivial ...what time u reached office , bus time pe mili...., kahan pahunche ho i agree these are all concerns of any parent and may be in their child' best interest , but doing all this means u cushion the fall of ur kid this world
u do not let him develop his own a sense of the world and leave him dependent on them

a parent is a mentor , a friend ..... making parents understand is very difficult

what work will one do all day long?

this question seems to be at crux of all employee satisfaction( or lack of it).....even though on then surface
....package , CTC,perks seemi to be the most important parameters in work ....after a level one wants something more from a job
for some it may be an act of creation of something new , for other it may be power and as saying goes love begets love.....one can say power begets power

but the more important question one has to answer is this ....if money is taken care of what would you like to all day long
(apart from being on beach ....enjoying the view ...how long does one do that)
i experienced that when i changed jobs and tooka week break in between well at end of it i was saying well let me do some work

or is it that every work has a fatigue element after some time every work boring and rote

but what if one does what one loves doing always ...it could be a hobby whcih can be converted into a work which pays( for people who need it....others can inherit and still practice the hobby)

but there will be times when u just feel like doing nothing inspite working at what u luv
....so i guess there is more to things u luv...

marriages u attend

just came back after attending a wedding reception of a very good friend
really happy for my friend , but the evening left me a lot desired
In most of marriage functions the Bride and groom stand there putting their best face forward
But if marriage is a celebration then it seems that it is about the food , the jewellery , the clothes and loud blaring music which keeps the neighbours in locality jagte raho

If it is your friend' wedding should'nt u actually spend some time rather than people
coming----standing in a queue ----- introduction ----photo shoot (70mm)----- gifts
can't it be made more lively and informal , Bride and groom are dressed in easy to move clothes
they enjoy some time with friends recall those moments , people coming uo and narrating some good , some embarrasing moments of that person
and of course have a party........
